Who processes your data
The controller is plensity.io. For any question about your data, write to hello@plensity.io.
What data we collect
What you give us in the contact form: name, company, work email, type of company and your message. And whatever you send us if you write to us by email.
If you ask for the free trial: your name, your company’s name and your email, to send you the confirmation link and, when you open it, create your Plensity workspace. If you do not open it within 48 hours, the link expires and nothing is created.
Our servers keep technical logs (IP address, date and page requested) for a short time to protect themselves from abuse.
We count visits with Umami, installed on our own server in the EU and without cookies: which pages are viewed, which website or campaign you come from, country, language, device type and whether you send the form. It does not store your IP address or anything that identifies you, and if your browser asks for “Do Not Track”, you are not counted.
What we use it for
To reply to you, show you Plensity and, if you ask, prepare a proposal for you. The legal basis is your own request (pre-contractual measures). Technical logs and visit counting are based on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and knowing what works.
We will not send you newsletters or advertising unless you ask, we do not sell your data, and we make no automated decisions about you.
How long we keep it
For as long as the conversation lasts and up to twelve months afterwards if you do not become a customer. If you do, whatever is needed to provide the service and comply with the law. Technical logs, a few weeks.
Who else sees it
Only the providers we need in order to operate, who process it on our behalf under contract: the hosting of our servers, in the European Union, and email. We do not share it with anyone else unless required by law.
If you are a Plensity customer
The data your company enters in Plensity (clients, proposals, prices) belongs to your company: we process it on its behalf, as a processor, under the service contract. It is hosted in the European Union.
Plensity’s AI runs on our own servers in the EU. If your company connects its own AI provider, the text you ask it to write is sent to that provider under your company’s contract with it. Plensity does not train models on your proposals.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the use of your data, or to take it with you, by writing to hello@plensity.io. If you believe we are not handling it properly, you can complain to your data protection authority; in Spain, the AEPD (www.aepd.es).
