What holds back a security proposal
Explaining black, grey and white box again in every proposal.
The approach comes from your catalogue with its explanation, the same in every proposal.
Counting by hand the assets the client mentions in a long email.
Paste the email and Plensity picks out the scope and assets for you to review.
Forgetting the retest, or charging it later and surprising the client.
The retest is one more line in the proposal, with its price, and the client sees it from the start.
Quoting a fixed price without knowing how many senior days it takes.
Cost and price of every role and the project margin while you prepare it (Business plan).
Proposals with sensitive information passed around as attachments.
The client opens it through a link that expires, with no attachments going round, and you see when they read it.
Signatures lost between emails.
They sign on their phone with a code sent to their email, and the exact document they signed is kept.

Frequently asked questions
Where is my clients' data?+
On EU infrastructure. It travels encrypted, and keys and backups are stored encrypted too. The Security page tells the whole story.
Can I use the AI without handing the scope to a third party?+
Yes. Plensity's AI runs on our EU servers and we don't train models on your proposals. And if you'd rather not use it, the proposal comes out just the same from your catalogue.
Does it work if I also sell managed services with a fee?+
Yes. The monthly fee, the months and the contract total appear in the same proposal as the pentest.
Can the client see my costs or margin?+
No. Only you see cost and margin; the client receives the proposal with the prices.
