Your company's proposals, protected end to end

Behind every proposal there are prices, margins and your clients' data. This is how we look after them.

Data in the European Union

Your data and your clients' data are hosted on servers in the EU. They travel encrypted, and keys and credentials are stored encrypted.

The AI, on our servers

Plensity's AI runs on our own servers in the EU: what your client tells you stays there. We never train models on your proposals.

Access with two keys

Two-step verification you can require for the whole team, and sign-in with your company's Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace account (Corporate plan).

Links that cannot be rebuilt

The links that open and sign your proposals are stored as fingerprints: not even a copy of the database would open someone else's proposal.

Signatures with evidence and certificate

Code sent to the signer's email, date, IP address and the exact document signed, with a PDF certificate. A signature cannot be deleted.

What was sent does not change

When you send a proposal an exact copy is kept: the link, the PDF and the portal show what the client received, even if you edit it later.

Backups every night

A full encrypted and verified backup every night, stored off the server.

A record of what happens

Who created, changed, sent or approved each proposal and when, in an audit log (Business plan).
